The month of Thanksgiving gives us a wonderful opportunity to look deeply within ourselves to make sure we are engaging in "attitudes of gratitude" all month long. This, of course, should be a daily practice all year long, but the month of November gives us a tap on the shoulder. Let us be grateful for all the large and small things that are ours, remembering all the while that gratefulness is also graciousness and is one of the best healing mind sets there is!
