Love rules in February as we think of all the hoopla around Valentine's
Day, but, when we think about it, Love rules all the time, every day,
every hour. We can engage in it, or we can turn our backs on it, but I
think the songsters were right when they said, "Love makes the world go
'round." Love is the natural flow of the Infinite through all creation. It
heals; it attracts; it enables discord to dissolve into the willingness to
come together.
We all know how much good can happen when we are willing to let go
of stiff ideologies and become more flexible toward one another. When
we are willing to listen to each other, Love is in action. When we are
willing to let go of hurt feelings and bad memories, Love is in action. We
can do this; the choices are ours.
Affirmation: I choose healing. I choose Love as the way forward to
refreshment and new life.
